Shipping for Supplements

• United States: 2 – 5 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. unincorporated territories: Additional 7 – 12 business days

Packaging Control for Supplements

• Small supplement products are shipped in white padded bubble mailers for protection.
• Larger supplement containers are packaged in kraft cardboard boxes to ensure safety during transit.

Shipping for Apparel

United States

• Standard Shipping: 4 – 8 business days
• Express Shipping: 2 – 5 business days
• Limited Variants Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days

Canada, Australia & International

Note: Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated U.S. territories may take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

Fulfillment Time

Processing time before shipping depends on the quantity ordered:

• 1 – 10 products: 2 full working days
• 11 – 100 products: 7 full working days
• 100+ products: 12 full working days
• 1000+ products: 30-60 working days

Estimating Skincare Shipping Costs

To estimate shipping costs, consider product size and packaging weight:

• Small Products (15-50ml): ~80g – 150g (2.8 oz – 5.3 oz)
• Mid-Size Products (100-200ml): ~200g – 300g (7 oz – 10.6 oz)
• Large Products (400-500ml): ~500g – 700g (17.6 oz – 24.7 oz)

Shipping costs depend on carrier rates based on total package weight.

Order Modification Policy

Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to make changes. This includes:

• Changing the delivery address
• Modifying the shipping method
• Removing items from the order

We may accommodate changes within the first 24 hours of order placement, but this is not guaranteed.

Flat-Rate Shipping (3 – 7 Days) for Europe

Flat-rate shipping is available to the following regions with an estimated delivery time of 3 – 7 days:

Flat-Rate Shipping (7 – 14 Days) for North America
